Tournament Hotel
All overnight participants are accommodated in the Trip Hotel Ithaca. Hotel Address: 1 Sheraton Dr, Ithaca, NY 14850.

Breakfast will be served from 7am to 10am every day.
The hotel offers free parking.
The hotel is located next to a mall that can be accessed on foot.
Tournament Venue
All debates will happen at the ILR School, which is in Ives Hall on Tower Road, Ithaca. The General Assembly will be in 105, in the first floor of Ives Hall.
Shuttle
There will be shuttle transportation to and from the tournament venue. Friday shuttle from the hotel to Ives Hall will run from 3pm - 3.45pm. Saturday shuttle from the hotel to Ives Hall will run from 8am - 8.45am. Sunday shuttle from the hotel to Ives Hall will run from 8am - 8.45am. Shuttle from Ives Hall to the hotel will start running after debates ends.
Please remember that the shuttle has limited capacity and will need to do several trips between the hotel and campus to transport all the participants. Please keep that in mind when planning your trip to campus.
If you need a shuttle outside these times please request a ride at the front desk of the hotel.
Wifi at Cornell
Eduroam for those with credentials or Cornell Visitor network.
Food & Beverages
Breakfast will be served at the hotel.
Lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday, and lunch on Sunday will be provided at the tournament venue.
We will provide beverages and some water bottles. However, we ask all participants to reuse their water bottles. There are several water fountains around the Ives Hall where you can refill your water bottle.
Friday Banquet
Friday banquet will be in the Statler Hotel from 4pm - 5.30pm. The hotel shuttle will take you from Trip Hotel to Statler hotel, starting 3pm.
Parking on campus
Most of the parking on campus is free after 5pm and during the weekend. However, some spots are reserved 24/7, please read the signs to avoid a parking ticket.
